FITNESS APPRAISAL
A fitness appraisal shows you your current body composition, heart and lung function and musculo-skeletal performance rating. It can also provide a benchmark to work from and improve on in the future.
Body Composition: Resting heart rate and blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference and Body Mass Index.
Aerobic (Heart and Lung Function): Determines your VO2 Max (oxygen consumption) through sub maximal (never past 85% of your max working capacity) walking, jogging, cycling or stair stepping tests.
Musculo-Skeletal: Strength, power, balance, flexibility and endurance analysis.
LEISURE LIFESTYLE COUSELING

Leisure Lifestyle Counseling utilizes many tools to help you improve your lifestyle and dietary habits and overall current health status. The counseling sessions will always provide unconditional positive regard, non-judgmental, empathetic advice, behaviour change and follow-up.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Learn new and more effective ways to improve your fitness with the help of a recently uncertified CSEP Personal Trainer. I will help you safely and efficiently maintain and improve your performance and attitude during pregnancy, at work, in sports & for leisure activities.
-Exercise program development and modification.
-Motivation and goal setting.
-Spotting, body positioning and alignment.
-First aid/CPR/AED certified.
